Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Williams is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. We are looking for a hardworking and independent individual with excellent emotional intelligence and time management skills. This is an entry-level position with no required years of experience.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner - Providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer inquiries - Following call center scripts when interacting with customers - Maintaining updated knowledge of product information - Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly call quotas - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team member

Requirements: - Strong communication skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently - Excellent emotional intelligence and time management skills - Comfortable working remotely and using technology effectively - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required
