Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Envision Healthcare Holdings is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Call Center Representative to join our team on a part-time basis with the option to work from home. As an Entry Level Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries, concerns, and complaints - Providing information about products and services - Resolving customer issues in a professional and timely manner - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Following company policies and procedures when handling customer inquiries - Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong negotiation and project management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using computer software and applications
