Job Description: Fidelity National Financial is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Call Center Representative to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud on a part-time, work-from-home basis. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the financial services industry while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients regarding their insurance and financial needs - Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding their policies and accounts - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times - Document all interactions with clients in the company's system - Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Meet or exceed call center metrics and goals - Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, but customer service experience is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong project management and people management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Must be adaptable and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment
