Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Discovery Communications is seeking a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and feedback - Use persuasive communication skills to promote company products and services - Make informed decisions to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed performance metrics and goals set by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong motivation and passion for providing exceptional customer service - Excellent persuasion skills to drive sales and customer satisfaction - Proven ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and communication
