Call Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Call Center Representative to work from home in Lausanne, Vaud. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing exceptional customer service, and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Handle high volume incoming calls and emails from customers - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism - Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and maintain customer records - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed call center performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection
