Yum Brands is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Bern, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate, and possess strong people management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls from customers regarding inquiries, orders, and complaints. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and ensure a positive experience. 4. Work collaboratively with team members to meet service level agreements and achieve department goals. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the database. 6. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and data security.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 6. Must have access to a reliable internet connection and workspace to work remotely.
