Job Description:
Penske Automotive Group is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position is ideal for an individual with at least 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy. 2. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. 3. Utilize critical thinking skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Demonstrate emotional intelligence in interactions with customers to build rapport and trust. 5. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and response time.
Requirements: 1. 3+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. 3. Emotional intelligence to understand and address customer needs. 4. Critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
