Job Description:
Tenet Healthcare, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a part-time Call Center Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, passionate, and possess strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. 2. Schedule appointments and coordinate patient referrals. 3. Verify insurance information and obtain pre-authorizations for medical services. 4. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and efficiently. 5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions in the database. 6. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree preferred. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure. 6. Must be detail-oriented and have excellent organizational skills.
