Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


TE Connectivity Ltd is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Call Center Specialist to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This position is part-time and entry-level, requiring at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, issues, or complaints. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or resolve outstanding issues. 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. 4. Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and find effective solutions. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. 6. Document all interactions with customers accurately and in a timely manner. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in the call center processes.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred. 7. Resourceful and dedicated attitude towards work. 8. Problem-solving skills and a willingness to think creatively. 9. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
