Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Call Center Specialist to join our team at Ralph Lauren in Geneva, Switzerland. As a Call Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through phone calls, emails, and chat messages. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for individuals who are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming customer calls and respond to customer emails and chat messages promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, product information, order processing, and issue resolution. 3. Research and troubleshoot customer issues and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's database. 5. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and service level goals. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 8. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment. 2. Independent and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to research and find solutions. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
