Job Description - Call Center Specialist

Job Description:


Freeport-McMoRan is seeking a Call Center Specialist to join our team in Zurich, CH. As a part-time entry-level position, the Call Center Specialist will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Make outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or issues - Provide information about company products and services - Assist customers in resolving any complaints or problems - Input and update customer information in the database - Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance metrics for call center specialists - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Hardworking and confident personality traits - Strong cooperation and innovation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Must be able to work part-time hours - Must be willing to undergo training and professional development sessions - Must be eligible to work in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus
