Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

CenturyLink is seeking a dedicated and driven Call Center Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through phone interactions with clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, problem resolution, and product information - Accurately record and maintain customer information in the database - Work closely with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of issues - Follow company policies and procedures to uphold high standards of service - Meet key performance indicators and targets set by the company - Provide feedback to management for process improvement

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach - Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate leadership qualities - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent
