Job Description:
As a Remote Call Center Specialist at Interpublic Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone interactions with clients and customers. This part-time position at our location in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH is suitable for individuals at the Associate Level with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow company protocols and procedures for telephone communications - Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction - Meet performance metrics and targets set by the company - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - Confident and independent individual with the ability to work remotely - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Innovative mindset to suggest improvements to customer service processes - Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach - Familiarity with call center technology and software - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Fluency in English and German is required
