Remote Call Center Specialist

Job Description:

Vifor Pharma Group is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be reliable and confident, with strong planning and people management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and support. 2. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate to appropriate departments when necessary. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 4. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. 6. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve call center performance. 7. Meet or exceed call center metrics and KPIs to support company goals.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. 5. Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
