Job Description - Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:


Nestlé, a global leader in the food and beverage industry, is seeking a Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Zurich. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat platform - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and questions effectively - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product information and company policies to better assist customers - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions for reporting purposes


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Resourceful and passionate about delivering excellent customer service - Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate solutions clearly - Excellent cooperation skills to work effectively with team members - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in online chat platforms and customer service software
