Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

Owens & Minor is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position is perfect for someone who is looking to kickstart their career in customer support. As an Entry Level Remote Chat Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through online chat - Resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with the customer support team to escalate complex issues - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Meet and exceed customer service goals and metrics

Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Strong emotional intelligence - Excellent time management skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Strong communication skills - Fluent in English and French
