Remote Chat Support Assistant

Job Description:

OC Oerlikon Corporation AG is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Chat Support Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support through chat communication. This role will involve assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support through chat communication - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing all customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of product and technical knowledge to assist customers effectively

Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Adaptability and passion for providing exceptional customer service - Strong cooperation and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
