Job Description:
LifePoint Health is seeking a Remote Chat Support Assistant to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers. 3. Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support issues. 4. Document and track customer interactions in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest solutions to management. 7. Meet or exceed established customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements: 1. Independent and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong project management skills to effectively prioritize and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously. 3. Excellent critical thinking skills to quickly assess and resolve customer issues. 4. Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 5. Proficiency in using chat support software and CRM systems. 6. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
