Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Rockwell Automation is seeking a reliable and passionate Chat Support Associate to join our team in Zurich, CH. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service through chat support to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Demonstrate adaptability in handling various customer situations and needs - Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive experience - Collaborate with other team members to optimize customer support processes - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements: - Reliable and passionate about providing excellent customer service - Strong adaptability to handle various customer situations - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently while also being a team player - Proficiency in using chat support platforms and software - High school diploma or equivalent - Fluent in English and German
