Chat Support Associate

Job Description: FirstEnergy is seeking a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Geneva, Kanton Genf, CH. This part-time position is perfect for someone with 1 year of experience or a recent graduate looking to kick-start their career in customer support. As an Entry Level Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through chat interactions and resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner through chat interactions - Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, billing questions, and other support-related issues - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality support - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Adaptable and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities - 1 year of experience in a customer support role is preferred - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Proficiency in using chat support software and other relevant tools
