Chat Support Associate

Job Description: We are looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team at Landis+Gyr Group AG in Lausanne, Switzerland. As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate support to customers through our chat platform. This position is part-time and entry-level, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers using our products and services - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other support team members to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide the best support possible

Requirements: - Driven and adaptable personality traits - Strong people management and analysis skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support platforms - Knowledge of technical support processes and tools - Must be fluent in English and French, German is a plus
