Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Kaba Holding AG is seeking a motivated and reliable Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This part-time position is ideal for individuals at the Associate level with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers in a timely and professional manner. 2. Answer customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure prompt and accurate responses. 4. Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve processes. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. 6. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold company values in all interactions.

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills. 3. Problem-solving skills. 4. Leadership capabilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and chat support platforms.
