Remote Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

CenturyLink is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through online chat support to resolve customer inquiries and issues. 2. Utilize a variety of resources to troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the company's system. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution. 5. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to think creatively to solve problems. 3. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach. 4. Proficiency in using chat support software and other technical tools. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
