Chat Support Associate

Job Description:

Broadcom is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Associate to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As an Associate Level employee with a minimum of 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing chat support to our customers, ensuring their inquiries are answered promptly and accurately.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide support and assistance to customers with product-related questions or issues - Troubleshoot technical problems and escalate issues to the appropriate team when necessary - Conduct research to find solutions to customer queries - Collaborate with various internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service - Assist with project management tasks as needed

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Proficiency in using chat support software and customer relationship management systems - Excellent research skills and attention to detail - Experience in project management is a plus - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate change seamlessly
