Chat Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Emerson Electric is seeking a talented Chat Support Associate to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate level, requiring at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.

As a Chat Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat support. You will assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support. Additionally, you will escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and ensure customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through online chat support - Provide accurate and timely information to customers - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions - Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a customer support role - Resilient and confident personality traits - Creativity and strong people management skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Proficient in using chat support software and other customer support tools
