Job Description - Chat Support Manager


Job Description: We are looking for a part-time Chat Support Manager to join our team at L-3 Communications in Basel, CH. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. The Chat Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team and ensuring high-quality customer service through online chat platforms.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries. 2. Monitor chat interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement. 3. Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Provide training and guidance to chat support agents. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and escalate as needed. 6. Analyze chat data and create reports to track performance metrics. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support.


Requirements: 1. 5 years of experience in chat support or customer service. 2. Energetic and passionate personality. 3. Strong persuasion and cooperation skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management tools. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
