Job Description - Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a reliable and driven Chat Support Manager to join our team at Walgreens Boots Alliance in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in customer service and team management. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow within our organization.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure high-quality customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve chat support efficiency and effectiveness - Monitor chat support metrics and provide regular reports to upper management - Train and onboard new chat support agents - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service, with a focus on chat support - Strong communication and project management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Experience in team management and coaching - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
