Job Description:
Alphabet is seeking a qualified Chat Support Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. As the Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing the chat support team, ensuring that high-quality support is provided to customers through our chat platform. This is a part-time position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and lead the chat support team to ensure prompt and effective customer service. 2. Monitor chat interactions to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching to team members. 3. Develop and implement chat support processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve overall support experience. 5. Analyze chat support metrics and generate reports to track team performance and identify trends. 6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve chat support services. 7. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in managing chat support teams in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. 5. Proficiency in chat support software and customer relationship management tools. 6. Hardworking and adaptable personality traits. 7. Strong persuasion skills and emotional intelligence.
