Job Description - Remote Chat Support Manager

Job Description:


Clariant AG is currently seeking a Remote Chat Support Manager to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. This is a part-time position at the mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote chat support agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement chat support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. 3. Monitor chat support metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. 4. Conduct regular training sessions for chat support agents to enhance their product knowledge and communication skills. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer issues and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong dedication to delivering excellent customer service. 2. Excellent presentation and strategic planning skills. 3. Proven experience in managing chat support teams and driving customer satisfaction. 4. Strong communication and leadership abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
