Job Description:
As a Remote Chat Support Manager at Franke Group, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team to ensure high-quality customer service and efficient resolution of customer inquiries. You will work remotely from Basel, Kanton Basel Landschaft, CH on a part-time basis, at a Mid-to-Senior Level with at least 7 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance and support to ensure professional and timely responses to customer inquiries. 2. Monitor chat performance metrics and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and efficiency. 3. Develop and maintain chat support procedures and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality service delivery. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address escalated customer issues and provide feedback for continuous improvement. 5. Train and onboard new chat support agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service to continuously improve the chat support team's performance. 7. Handle complex customer inquiries and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. 2. Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities. 3. Resourceful and resilient personality traits. 4. Proficiency in chat support software and customer service tools. 5. Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment. 6. Fluent in English and German (both written and spoken).
