Job Description:
Group 1 Automotive is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the chat support team, ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved promptly and accurately. This position will be remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Responsibilities: - Manage and supervise the chat support team, providing guidance and support as needed - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and professionalism - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and streamline processes - Analyze chat support metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Provide regular reports to senior management on chat support performance and key metrics
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with chat support software and CRM systems - Previous experience managing a team is preferred
