Job Description - Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Motorola Solutions is seeking a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries - Monitor chat support queues and assign incoming chats to appropriate agents - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and response times - Analyze chat support data and trends to identify areas for improvement - Train and mentor chat support agents to enhance their performance and productivity - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues - Monitor chat support performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management


Requirements: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in a chat support or customer service role - Proven ability to manage a team of chat support agents effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Reliable and dedicated with a strong work ethic - Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently - Proficiency in chat support software and CRM systems - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
