Job Description:
Exxon Mobil is seeking a talented Chat Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring that they provide timely and accurate support to our customers. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home, providing flexibility and work-life balance.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, providing guidance, motivation, and support - Monitor chat support performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement - Develop and maintain chat support procedures and guidelines - Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for chat support agents to enhance their skills and knowledge - Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in chat support management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in chat support or customer service - Proven track record of managing a team in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Motivated and adaptable personality traits - Demonstrated cooperation and adaptability soft skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in chat support software and tools
