Job Description:


Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Chat Support Manager to join our team remotely. As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of chat support agents to ensure efficient and effective customer service.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of chat support agents, including hiring, training, and performance management - Monitor chat support performance metrics and make adjustments as needed to ensure high performance levels - Develop and implement chat support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty - Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolution in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and procedures related to chat support - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in chat support management


Requirements: - Minimum of 8 years of experience in customer service or chat support roles - Proven experience in people management and team leadership - Confidence in handling customer escalations and solving complex issues - Reliable and able to work independently in a remote setting - Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
