Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Universal Health Services is seeking a part-time Chat Support Officer to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, Switzerland. As a Chat Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through online chat platforms. This role requires a high level of independence and adaptability, as well as strong attention to detail and excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through online chat platforms to provide support and assistance - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to customers - Collaborate with other team members to optimize the customer support experience - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Excellent presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively through written channels - Independence and adaptability in a fast-paced environment - Experience working with online chat platforms is a plus
