Job Description:

American Family Insurance Group is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Chat Support Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. This is a part-time, entry-level position ideal for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service within the insurance industry.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through online chat support - Assist clients with inquiries, policy information, and claims procedures - Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
