Job Description:
Lincoln National is seeking a motivated and energetic Remote Chat Support Officer to join our team in Lausanne, CH. In this part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional chat support to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate to the appropriate department when necessary. 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and efficient support delivery. 5. Meet and exceed performance targets for response times and customer satisfaction ratings. 6. Assist with training new chat support officers as needed. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 2. Energetic and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 3. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a team setting. 5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 6. Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment. 7. Proficiency in MS Office and chat support platforms. 8. Fluent in English and French.
