Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Chat Support Officer to join our team at Foot Locker in Basel, Switzerland. As a part-time employee in an entry-level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via chat - Assisting customers with product information, order tracking, and troubleshooting - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Providing recommendations and upselling products to increase sales - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - Energetic and confident personality - Strong decision-making and persuasion skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work well under pressure - Basic knowledge of sports footwear and apparel is a plus - Must be fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
