Chat Support Officer

Job Description:

Oshkosh is seeking a proactive and resourceful Chat Support Officer to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat platforms.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via chat support channels - Troubleshoot technical problems and provide solutions to customers - Collaborate with other support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately - Identify trends in customer issues and provide feedback to the management team - Work independently to handle customer escalations effectively - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - Proven experience in a chat support or customer service role - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence - Ability to think innovatively and problem-solve efficiently - Excellent multitasking and time management skills - Resourceful and able to work independently - Proficiency in using chat support software and tools
