Chat Support Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Mosaic is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Chat Support Officer in a work from home position based in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time entry-level role requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or support role.

Responsibilities: - Provide chat support to customers through various online platforms - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution - Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and report trends in customer issues to improve overall service quality - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - Hardworking and independent individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent written communication skills - Ability to think innovatively and solve problems efficiently - Proficiency in using chat support software and other online tools - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
