Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

PVH is seeking a confident and dedicated Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Bern, Kanton Bern, CH. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. As a Remote Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via online chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed - Provide product information and assistance with online orders - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time and customer satisfaction ratings

Requirements: - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms - Problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze information quickly - Confidence and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
