Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Chat Support Representative to join our team at ADP in Lausanne, Vaud, CH on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service through our chat support platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Research and provide accurate information to resolve customer issues. 3. Proactively engage with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with team members to address escalated issues and find solutions. 5. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong planning and research skills. 3. Excellent written communication skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Comfortable using chat support software and other relevant tools. 6. Prior experience in a remote or virtual work environment is a plus.
