Chat Support Specialist

We are seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Avery Dennison in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

As a Chat Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to assist customers through our online chat platform. You will need to respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, provide product information and troubleshooting assistance, and escalate issues as needed. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
