Job Description - Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:


Humana is seeking a dedicated Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Chat Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve more complex issues


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Resilient and passionate personality traits - Strong teamwork and research skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously - Proficiency in using chat support software and other customer service tools - Fluent in English and German (additional languages a plus)
