Job Description - Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Xerox in Basel, Switzerland. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat communication.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via chat in a timely and professional manner - Providing technical support for Xerox products and services - Collaborating with other support teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Utilizing negotiation skills to find solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the company - Identifying opportunities for innovation and process improvement within the chat support system - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions


Requirements: - At least 4 years of experience in customer service or technical support - Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently - Reliable and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to customer problems - Proficiency with chat support systems and technology - A passion for delivering excellent customer service - Proficient in negotiation techniques
