Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a part-time Chat Support Specialist to join our team at Norfolk Southern in Zurich, Kanton Zurich, CH. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in customer support.

Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through chat support channels - Assist customers with troubleshooting technical issues and navigate them through our products and services - Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with other support team members to share knowledge and resources - Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers
