Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

New York Life Insurance is seeking a part-time Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Lausanne, Vaud, CH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via chat, answering inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Utilize resources and tools to assist customers effectively and efficiently - Demonstrate strong leadership skills to guide customers through complex problems - Analyze chat interactions to identify patterns and trends for continuous improvement - Maintain a high level of motivation to meet and exceed customer support metrics - Collaborate with team members to ensure a harmonious work environment and high-quality customer service

Requirements: - Resourceful and motivated individual with a passion for customer service - Strong leadership skills to effectively guide customers through challenges - Analytical mindset to identify patterns and trends in customer interactions - Excellent written communication skills to provide clear and concise support via chat - Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting deadlines - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using chat support tools and software
