Remote Chat Support Specialist

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is looking for a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Basel, Switzerland. This part-time position at an Associate Level requires at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support.

Responsibilities: 1. Communicate with customers through chat to assist with inquiries, complaints, and technical issues. 2. Provide accurate information and solutions in a timely manner. 3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. 4. Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring high-quality service. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues effectively. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Identify and escalate any issues that require urgent attention.

Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable personality traits. 2. Excellent time management skills. 3. Strong attention to detail. 4. At least 4 years of experience in a customer service or support role. 5. Proficiency in typing and chat support software. 6. Strong communication skills. 7. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
