Chat Support Specialist - Work from home

Kühne + Nagel is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility to work from home, allowing you to balance your work and personal life effectively. As an Entry Level role, we welcome individuals with no prior experience in the industry who are eager to learn and grow within our organization.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide chat support to customers and address their inquiries promptly and professionally. 2. Resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams within the company. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experience across all communication channels. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide feedback to the team for continuous improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Independent and confident in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues. 2. Demonstrated leadership and cooperation skills to work effectively with team members. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Proficient in using chat support software and Microsoft Office applications.
