Job Description:
Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be reliable, motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via chat regarding hotel reservations, amenities, policies, and other related queries - Assist with resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on hotel promotions and offerings to provide accurate information to customers - Uphold the company's high standards for customer service and professionalism
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using chat support tools and systems - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Attention to detail and a strong focus on customer satisfaction - Cooperation and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
